At Diamond Vision, we pride ourselves on fast processing and reliable delivery so you can get back to capturing the action—hands free.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended—but we always move fast to get your order out.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your Diamond Vision mount arrives ready for game day.

We currently ship within the United States.

If you’re outside the U.S. and want to use Diamond Vision, reach out—we’re expanding soon.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delays

While we aim for fast delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. These are outside our control, but we’ll always help where we can.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Diamond Vision is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

Diamond Vision mounts are built tough—but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
